Improving community services and social supports for persons with disabilities and their families through sharing information, conducting research, offering training for professionals and pre-professionals, and providing consultation services to agencies.
Program Description:
We publish a variety of materials related to transition from high school to adult life and employment for young people with disabilities, their families, teachers, and vocational services; and materials on adult employment and community participation for service providers, higher education, and persons with disabilities and their families.
