Mission:
To encourage, promote and support improvement in employment, living conditions, low vision and information services and the general well-being of visually impaired persons; to educate the seeing public about blindness and the interests and abilities of visually impaired persons; and to assist in the achievement and implementation of the purposes and activities of the American Council of the Blind.
Program Description:
American Council of the Blind service people who are blind and visually impaired. They are an advocacy for the blind.
