The mission of Courage Center is to empower people with disabilities to reach for their full potential in every aspect of life. We are guided by the vision that one day, all people will live, work, learn and play in a community based on abilities not disabilities.
Program Description:
Courage Vocational Services provides comprehensive services to both job seekers and employers. For job seekers we provide vocational evaluation, job analysis, job site analysis, computer evaluation, computer training, assistive technology/accommodation consultation, job placement, job coaching and job retention services. For the employer we provide recruitment services, retention services, training and consultation in areas of assistive technology and disability awareness. We also partner with employers to offer short term work experience opportunities for persons with disabilities.
