Mission:
Providing support for growth, learning, development and greater independence to people who have, as a primary disabling condition: Developmental Disabilities, Mental Health Conditions, Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury and related conditions eligible for Federal, State or Local Health and Human Services Funding.
Program Description:
Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to Provide Day Training & Habilitation (DT&H), Structured Day Program (SDP), Supported Employment Services (SES), Semi-Independent Living Services (SIL's), Independent Living Services (IL's), and Supported Living Services (SLS). Although our program accepts referrals via County Social Services Agencies statewide, program services are provided in Douglas County.
