Mission:
Falls DAC offers Day Training and Habilitation Services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related conditions. Services are focused on providing opportunity for employment, community integration and social activity.
Program Description:
Services relate to a person's vocational activity, self-care, communication skills, cognitive development, community orientation, socialization and transportation. They are provided through training, supervision, assistance, encouragement, and other support activities implemented according to individualized service plans. All services are designed to attain and maintain the highest level of independence, productivity and integration into the community where the person lives and works.
