Mission:
Our mission is to provide the support necessary for our participants to experience normal community life including the opportunity for productive, paid employment.
Program Description:
Our program has 29 participants with a primary diagnosis of mental retardation but with a wide variety of functioning levels and related conditions.
We support persons in areas of vocational training, employment, personal/social/leisure skills, self-care skills, and activities to foster community integration.
We offer the following types of employment: in house/contract work; community work crews such as janitorial, site clean-up; employment within regular business either as part of a small group (enclave) or individual placement. Our workers receive the training and support necessary to be productive and earn real wages.
