Mission:
Lakes Employment Opportunities (LEO) has been providing supports for individuals with disabilities in the Pillager community since December 1997. We are a DT&H (Day Training & Habilitation) program within the organization of MSOCS (Minnesota State Operated Community Services) that provides specialized vocational and skill building supports.
LEO is one of nineteen programs, managed by MSOCS, throughout Minnesota, from Austin to Virginia.

Program Description:

Opportunities
The work and activity experiences offered at this time are:
·Heat welding vinyl cord for a business in Brainerd
·Collating materials for a local printing company
·Packaging renewal materials for In-Fisherman magazine
·Light assembly for a local truck topper manufacturer
·Assembling materials for electrical switches
·Painting materials for sale as part of a craft project
·Assembling parts for a golf accessory
·Range of motion activities
·Use of Assistive Technology
·Community Integration
These activities are done within a staffing ratio of 1:4 with individualized objectives for each person served.
