    Program Description:

    Disability Linkage Line is a free, statewide information, referral and assistance services for people with disabilities, their family members and representatives. Those looking for help can call the toll-free number 1-866-333-2466 during regular business hours. A resource specialist will answer the phone and provide one to one assistance to help assure the caller's needs are heard, and appropriate community referrals are given.
